01 — The Platform

What is Tutti?

Tutti is a curated marketplace that connects pianists with clients — vocalists, instrumentalists, teachers, ensembles, and studios — who need a skilled accompanist or collaborative partner.

Curated by design

Every pianist on the platform is manually reviewed and approved. Clients trust that who they hire is genuinely qualified.

Built for speed

Clients need pianists fast. Our system is designed to get you matched and confirmed within hours, not days.

Managed matching

In this beta phase, every match is personally overseen. You won't fall through the cracks — we make sure every job reaches completion.

02 — Process

How it works for you

Four steps from application to your first paid engagement.

01

Apply

Submit your profile — background, repertoire, availability, and rate. Takes about five minutes.

02

Get approved

We review every application personally. If you're a fit, you receive access to the Tutti platform within a few days.

03

Receive job alerts

When a relevant request comes in, you're notified immediately. Browse the details and accept or decline — right in the app.

04

Play & get paid

Complete the engagement. Payment and coordination happen inside the platform — no chasing invoices.

03 — Application

What we'll ask for

Your application helps us tag and match you to the right jobs. Be specific — it works in your favour.

Name & contact

Full name, email, and phone number. How we'll reach you when a match is confirmed.

Location

City and whether you're open to travel. Clients often need someone local and quickly.

Experience level

Your training background, degrees, and years of professional experience as an accompanist or collaborative pianist.

Repertoire

What you play well — styles, genres, instruments you typically accompany, any specialisms.

Availability

Days and times you're generally available. The more specific, the more jobs we can match you to.

Your rate

Your standard hourly or per-session rate. This helps us match you to the right budget range.

Matching

How you get matched to the right jobs

A complete, accurate profile means more relevant requests. Here is what we consider.

Instruments you play

The more instruments you list, the more requests you can receive.

Location & travel radius

Clients near you are matched first. An accurate location means fewer irrelevant requests.

Availability windows

We only send you requests for times you have marked as available. Keep them current.

Experience level

Clients specify exam boards and grade levels. Reflecting your experience means more matches.

Your rate

Your rate is compared with the client's budget. An accurate rate means relevant requests.

Responsiveness

Responding quickly builds your standing. Faster responders are prioritised for future matches.

Missing fields mean missed opportunities.

04 — Expectations

What to expect once you're in

We keep things simple, fast, and fair. Here's what being on Tutti looks like day-to-day.

Sub-24h

Response window

Clients need fast answers. We ask that you respond to job alerts within 24 hours — ideally much sooner. Your responsiveness builds your reputation on the platform.

Relevant only

Job notifications

We match based on your profile — location, repertoire, availability, and rate. You won't be pinged for jobs that don't fit.

Accept or decline

Your role

There's no obligation to take every job. Review the details, decide quickly, and let us know. We handle the rest of the coordination.

Always present

Support

During this beta phase, every match has a human overseeing it. If something goes sideways, we'll step in. You're not on your own.

You set your rate

Your hourly or per-session rate is yours to define. We don't undercut you — we help match you to clients who can meet it.

Payment is inside the platform

No invoicing. No chasing. Coordination and payment both happen within Tutti once a match is confirmed.

You're in a vetted network

Every pianist goes through manual approval. The clients you work with know the standard we hold — that credibility benefits you too.

This is early access

You're joining at the beta stage. Your feedback shapes how the platform develops. We're building this with the musicians in it.

05 — Questions

Common questions

Answers to what most pianists ask before they apply.

Is Tutti only for classical pianists?
No. While many of our clients work in classical repertoire, we welcome pianists across all genres — jazz accompaniment, musical theatre, contemporary vocal, and more. Your profile lets you specify what you do best.
What happens if I'm approved but slow to respond to jobs?
Speed matters on Tutti — for clients and for your standing on the platform. We track responsiveness. Consistently slow responses may affect the jobs you're offered. When you can't respond quickly, let us know.
Can I decline a job?
Absolutely. You review every job before committing. Simply decline and we'll offer it to another pianist. There's no penalty for declining — we'd rather you take jobs you can fully commit to.
How do I get paid?
Payment is handled within the Tutti platform. Once a job is confirmed and completed, payment is processed through the system. No external invoicing required.
How long does the approval process take?
We review every application personally, so timelines vary. During the beta phase, expect to hear back within a few business days. We'll always let you know either way.
Is this free to join?
There is no upfront cost to apply or to be part of the Tutti network. During the beta phase, we're focused on building a track record of successful matches. Fee structure details will be communicated clearly before they apply.
