Tutti is a curated matching service that connects you — vocalists, instrumentalists, educators, ensembles, studios — with skilled, professional pianists when you need them.
Every pianist on the platform has been manually reviewed and approved. You're not picking from an anonymous pool — you're getting someone we know is qualified.
We consider your repertoire, dates, location, and budget. The match is specific to your request — not whoever happens to be available.
We don't consider a match done until both sides have confirmed. Every engagement is monitored through to completion.
02 — Process
Tutti operates as a concierge service during this phase. You don't browse a marketplace — you tell us what you need and we handle everything from there.

During our beta phase, every request is personally managed. You won't be left waiting or wondering — a real person is overseeing your request from submission to confirmed match. Think of it as having a dedicated booking agent, at no extra cost.
Submit a request — or simply message us directly. We’ll capture the details: what kind of pianist, what repertoire, when, where, and your budget. No form is too short or too long — just tell us what you know.
We alert qualified pianists from our vetted network. We match based on your specific requirements — not just availability. If no one responds quickly enough, we step in manually and keep things moving.
Once a pianist is selected, we confirm the engagement with them and with you. Nothing is considered confirmed until we’ve done both. You’ll hear from us — you won’t be left guessing.
All messaging, scheduling coordination, and payment happen within the platform. Clean, simple, and in one place. No external bank transfers or back-and-forth over email.

The more detail you give us, the faster and more accurate the match. Here's what helps most.
The piece, program, or repertoire. Are you preparing for a performance, a lesson, an audition, or a recording? Any style or genre context that helps.
When do you need the pianist — and where? Include time zone if it’s virtual, or the venue/city if it’s in person. Flexibility helps if you have it.
Professional concert-level, conservatory-trained student, or somewhere in between? Matching the right level of musician to your need matters for both quality and cost.
A range is fine if you’re unsure. Knowing your budget means we can match you to a pianist whose rate works — avoiding surprises on either side.
Sheet music availability, sight-reading ability, previous recordings, language, or any other detail that matters for the engagement.
Need someone tomorrow or planning ahead for next month? Urgency affects who we reach out to first and how quickly we move.

Our standard
Every request you submit is monitored until it reaches a confirmed, completed outcome. We don't close a request until the job is done. If something goes wrong along the way, we step in — every time.
05 — Questions
What clients most often ask before they submit their first request.
No. During this phase, Tutti operates as a concierge service. You simply reach out — via the request form or directly — and we take it from there. There’s no marketplace to navigate and no profile to build.
Our target is a first response within 24 hours of your request. Confirmation timing depends on the pianists’ availability, but we stay on it and will keep you updated. Urgent requests are flagged and treated as a priority.
We confirm the match with you before anything is finalised. If the first option doesn’t feel right, let us know. We’ll find another. We’d rather take the extra time to get it right than push through an engagement that isn’t a good fit.
Payment is handled within the Tutti platform once a match is confirmed. You don’t need to sort out separate bank transfers or invoicing. Details are provided when your match is confirmed.
Absolutely. Whether it’s a one-off rehearsal or a regular coaching arrangement, just let us know the schedule when you submit your request. We’ll factor that into the match.
